Colan Sheppard is a dedicated social work professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Madonna University and over ten years of experience in child welfare. His work has consistently centered around advocating for children and families, ensuring they receive the support and care needed to overcome challenges and thrive. As Director of Client Services at The Alabaster Box Youth Outreach, Colan provides strategic oversight of client-facing programs and leads case management initiatives with compassion and professionalism. He works closely with staff to develop effective service delivery systems, support client engagement, and maintain the organization’s high standards of care. Colan’s deep commitment to community, combined with his hands-on expertise, makes him a vital part of the leadership team—helping to create lasting impact in the lives of youth and families.
